The famous Brady Bunch house in Los Angeles sold earlier this month for $3,500,000.  The home was used in the popular 1970's TV series and is located in North Hollywood.  It was built in 1959 and consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2,477 square feet.  HGTV submitted the winning offer on the home and it sold for more than $1.5 million above the original asking price.  This is no surprise as the home is reportedly the second most photographed house in the country behind the White House.  You can bet HGTV, the television channel that focuses on home renovations, will be airing plenty of episodes about the home.  It plans to restore it to match the interior of the Brady Bunch house, which was filmed in a television studio.
